As the century-old alley faces demolition, Ah Feng – the notorious punk nicknamed 'Mad Dog' – terrorizes shopkeepers but secretly protects the neighborhood. When a real estate tycoon's daughter gets kidnapped in the alley, he rescues her at great cost only to be framed. With gangsters hunting him and childhood secrets emerging, Ah Feng must choose in the crumbling streets: maintain his vicious facade, or tear off the mask for love? Beneath cracked walls, a punk's brutality clashes with buried tenderness.
