To make matters worse, she met Lu Shen, a腹黑 survivor leader who mocked her system as "a Pinduoduo knockoff" but secretly helped her find her sister. When Lin finally burst into the hospital, she saw Xiaotang crouching on the ceiling, black blood dripping from her mouth, calling "Sister"—and the system suddenly popped up: "Main Quest: Kill your loved one zombie to obtain the immune serum." Her hand trembled as she held the knife, but Lu Shen handed her a sedative from behind: "I'll hold her down. Don't blink."
