A century ago, Lin Shen, the God of Suppressing Ghosts, sealed the world-destroying Ghost Domain with his own body and fell into a deep sleep after exhausting his divine power. A century later, Su Xiao, a rookie ghost hunter, accidentally breaks into the sealed area and wakes him up—only to find the once bloodthirsty ghosts kneeling before him, crying, "Lord God, spare us!"
