To her astonishment, Dad pulls out a "Supreme God of Cooking" token: "I went to the immortal world to learn cooking back then. Now I'm here to pamper you!" From then on, Dad uses "Buddha Jumps Over the Wall" to help her regain clients, "Jade Dew Soup" to cure an elderly neighbor's chronic illness, and opens a small restaurant that attracts food blogger Gu Jingshen—who originally comes to expose fraud, but is conquered by Dad's "Heaven and Earth Pot" and starts pursuing Lin Xiaoman sweetly. However, her former boss teams up with a catering giant to ruin the restaurant. Dad smiles and takes out an immortal recipe: "A chef god competition? Let them see what real 'God of Cooking power' is!" Lin Xiaoman finally learns the truth—Dad's "disappearance" years ago was to exchange the God of Cooking inheritance for her life...
