The Invincible Seniors I Train Plot:

Lin Yang, a newly unemployed fitness coach, takes a community senior fitness class to raise money for his mother's surgery, thinking it's an easy job of “entertaining the elderly”. But he soon uncovers his students' hidden identities—Uncle Zhang, who always complains about “back pain”, is a retired special forces king; Aunt Li, who counts “fitness costs” every day, is a retired Wall Street financial tycoon; even Aunt Zhou, who sneaks milk tea, is a TCM master who can cure difficult diseases with a silver needle!
