The Tough Grandma from the Mountains
The Tough Grandma from the Mountains Plot:
Granny Lin, who has lived alone in the South Mountain for thirty years, suddenly comes to the city just to find her granddaughter Xiaotang, who hasn't been home for three years. But as soon as she arrives, she's scammed by a real estate agent, harassed by hooligans for “protection money”, and even insulted by Xiaotang's snobbish boss who calls her a “country burden”. Everyone thinks she's an easy target—until Granny can't take it anymore and kicks a壮汉 holding an iron rod flying. It turns out she's the legendary “South Mountain Foot” martial arts master who was famous decades ago! When vulgar city folks meet the tough mountain grandma, watch her use her old fists to drive away bullies, warm Xiaotang's heart (chilled by the city) with osmanthus lotus root stewed for twenty years, and let the whole town know: this grandma from the mountains is not to be messed with!
