Lin Xiaoman and her investment banker boyfriend Chen Mo have been in love for three years, their relationship as fragile as walking on thin ice—she waits until midnight for his overtime to end just to say "goodnight," swaps hot pot for his favorite sushi, and laughs off his forgotten dates.
