Please Give Me a Five-Star Negative Review
Please Give Me a Five-Star Negative Review Plot:
Su Xiao, a customer service representative at an old bookstore, suddenly makes a strange request to Lu Chuan, a commercial real estate developer—"Give me a five-star negative review." Her grandfather is seriously ill and needs money, so she mistakenly believes Lu Chuan wants to take back the store through "excessive negative reviews" to get termination compensation. But Lu Chuan's real motive is to secretly invest in saving the bookstore to repay the kindness Su Xiao's grandfather once showed him; he deliberately used "rent hikes and renovations" to push Su Xiao to value the store. When Su Xiao shoves the review link into Lu Chuan's hands with red eyes, their misunderstandings and hidden feelings are all pulled into an emotional vortex by this counterintuitive request.

But no one knew that this cute little beauty who always gave pickled vegetables to neighbors was actually the only daughter of a southern gangster boss, carrying the ledger of the gang's crimes left by her father, and was being chased by enemies with nowhere to run. Zhou Mingyuan, the "wooden technician" who always helped her fix the water pipe, seemed like an honest man who only knew how to twist screws, but was actually an undercover agent sent by the Ministry of Public Security to investigate the ledger. When the "little white rabbit" meets the "undercover brother", the sweetness of their secret crush hides a knife: she pushes him away for fear of exposing her identity, while he hides the truth to avoid hurting her with his mission. Until the rainy night when enemies broke into the courtyard with knives, they realized—the thing they should hide the most isn't secrets, but the true heart that wants to protect each other behind their backs.
