The "Saint" Mustn't Cry Plot:

Lin Wan, an emergency doctor, is suspended for insisting on saving Gu Cheng—a rich second-generation who fled after a hit-and-run—only to be framed for "medical negligence." Her mother's heart surgery fee also falls through.
