Love Between Life and Death Plot:

Lin Xiaoman, an emergency doctor, admits Gu Shen—a terminal gastric cancer patient who refuses treatment—only to realize he’s her first love who disappeared without a trace seven years ago. Gu Shen remembers every detail of their past yet insists she’s “mistaken,” until Xiaoman finds their old couple’s necklace (a “safety buckle” she once gave him) hidden under his pillow. To her shock, suspicious men in black frequent his ward, and his secret notebook is filled with abnormal bills from the hospital’s procurement department.
