Start with a Knife 2: From Death Row Prisoner to Regent
Start with a Knife 2: From Death Row Prisoner to Regent Plot:
Shen Lie, the God of War of Northern Xia, was framed by treacherous officials. After his entire family was executed, he became a death row prisoner in the sky prison. On the night before execution, he awakened the ancient spirit in his broken knife and was reborn three days earlier—back in the sky prison! Holding the blood-patterned knife, he fought his way out, investigating his family’s killer while searching for Su Wan, the doctor who risked her life to give him medicine—her fingertip blood still stained the packet he hid. From street gang sieges to the fake emperor’s assassins, Shen Lie shattered all plots with his knife and rose to Regent with absolute power in ten days. But when he opened Su Wan’s medicine box, he found half a jade pendant resonating with his knife spirit—this girl, who trembled when sewing his wounds, was the last Southern Chu royal heir and the key to breaking his thousand-year knife curse. This time, he won’t just crush enemies—he’ll dote on the girl who secretly embroidered him a peace amulet into the “Regent’s Princess” even the emperor respects.
