The Last Things My Father Left, The Knot in My Heart
The Last Things My Father Left, The Knot in My Heart Plot:
Lin Xiaoman, who failed in her business, had been in a cold war with her strict father Lin Jianguo for three years. Until her father suddenly passed away, she was forced to take over the old community canteen left by her father. When cleaning up the relics, she found that her father's old passbook contained the 200,000 debts he repaid for her, and the canteen account book was full of her growth details: her father waited for her for three hours in the convenience store on the rainy day when she forgot her umbrella in primary school, and waited for three nights at the community gate when she ran away from home in high school. What's more unexpected is that all the old customers of the canteen said, "Uncle Lin always said Xiaoman is the best." When she found her father's last diary entry——"I never wanted to force her to succeed, I just wanted her to have a hot meal every day"——the unsaid "sorry" finally burst. But at this time, a real estate developer suddenly came to buy the canteen. Xiaoman finally understood: what her father left was not a stall, but a key to let her learn "how to love" again.
