Lead Me Through the Night Plot:

Lin Xiaoman, an insomniac, scrapes by as a late-night ride-hailing driver, haunted by guilt over her mother’s death. Her life shifts when she picks up Gu Chuan, a blind pianist—this man, who can’t even distinguish traffic lights, somehow knows about the relics of her mother in the trunk and the old alley she detours to every night. Gu says, "I’m waiting for someone to lead me through the night." But when Xiaoman finds an old newspaper about a three-year-old car accident in his cane, she realizes this "chance encounter" is a mutual journey: she needs to escape her guilt, and he must confront the truth he’s been avoiding.
