The Goldfish Fireworks Plot:

Lin Xiaoman, a girl who restores old objects, receives a dusty iron box one day—inside lies a dried goldfish and a half piece of paper that reads, "I’ll set off goldfish-shaped fireworks for you." The sender is Chen Mo’s younger brother, who says his brother念叨着 "owing Xiaoman a fireworks show" on his deathbed. To fulfill the last wish, they search through the old fireworks factory site in the old town. Unexpectedly, they find a 20-year-old fireworks formula under the former workbench and uncover a secret: back then, Xiaoman secretly folded a jar of paper goldfish for Chen Mo, and the dried goldfish was "Xiaoju," which Chen Mo had raised for three years—he feared that after he left, no one would accompany Xiaoman waiting for the fireworks.
