Lin Wan returns to her hometown ancient town to sort out her grandfather's relics, only to stumble upon the century-old "Double Pupil Ritual". The witch doctor at the ritual has the rare dual-pupil anomaly recorded in ancient books. Soon, local residents begin to suffer double vision, drastic personality shifts and strange double patterns on their eyes. Lin Wan learns her grandfather was driven away for disrupting the ritual years ago, and her right eye starts to act strangely. With only three days left before the ritual begins, she must uncover the secret of the resident sacrifice tied to the Double Pupil Ritual, or she will be the next chosen victim.
