Ancient Marriage Binding System: The Ultimate Reward is a Peerless Beauty
Modern corporate slave Lin Xiaoman dies from overwork and transmigrates into Zhou Ning, an ancient "wife-killing scholar" rejected three times for marriage. Just as he worries about his next meal, a red string appears on his wrist — the "Marriage Binding System" activates! The system requires him to complete three "destined marriage bindings" to gain the ultimate reward: a "peerless beauty" who will reverse his misfortune. However, the first binding is Shen Shuang, a cold-faced female constable (investigating the Zhou family's massacre and suspecting him as the culprit). The second is Li Zhu, a spoiled princess (trying to steal his family's medical secrets and force him to marry her). The third is A Yue, a masked assassin (vowing to avenge a "past-life blood feud"). Each binding drags him deeper into conspiracies. Until Shen Shuang raises her sword to arrest him, Li Zhu surrounds his house with guards, and A Yue stabs at his heart — Tao Yao, the little maid who always makes him ginger tea, suddenly leaps in front of him. Her veil falls, revealing a face so beautiful it could topple kingdoms — it's Zhao Yue, the exiled princess! The system chimes: "Ultimate Reward Unlocked: Your Three-Lifetime Lover, Zhao Yue." It turns out Tao Yao is the princess Zhou Ning saved in a past life. She gave up reclaiming her kingdom and stayed with him for three lifetimes, just to make him realize: The so-called "reward" was never a prize — it was the "original heart" he had lost.
