When Evening Breeze Misses the Moon Plot:

Late-night radio host Lin Wan hosts a midnight show where she reads tender stories about encounters. Night-time valet driver Shen Feng always tunes in after his shift, listening to her voice while navigating the city's neon lights. They pass each other on the same sycamore street countless times, each waiting at the same traffic light or pausing their car, but never dare to strike up a conversation. Until a sudden cold rain, Shen Feng stands at the intersection where Lin Wan usually gets off, holding a note with his contact info, only to see her picked up by another boy under an umbrella.
