Fog Over the River Lifts Plot:

Lin Xi returns to her long-lost riverside hometown to uncover the truth behind her father's mysterious disappearance ten years ago. Every foggy season, the vague image of an old ship appears on the river, keeping her awake and suspicious. While sorting her father's relics, she finds a half-yellowed ship ticket printed with an old dock symbol, and meets A Zhe, a taciturn young local boatman. As the fog over the river gradually lifts, key clues of her father's disappearance emerge one by one, involving a ten-year-old secret: her father voluntarily fell into the river to hide A Zhe from the evil forces, and A Zhe has guarded the river for ten years. Until Lin Xi follows the clues, the fog on the river finally clears completely.
