Don’t Pick Up the Embroidered Shoes by the Road
Lin Xiaoman, a migrant worker, picked up a pair of red embroidered shoes with spider lilies on her way home from work. Thinking she’d found a bargain, she brought them home—only to hear “tap-tap” sounds of someone trying on shoes from under her bed that night. Her grandfather, who lived with her, turned pale instantly at the sight of the shoes and yelled for her to throw them away immediately. Who Is the Group Owner?
