The Call Outside the Emergency Room Plot:

Ten years ago, Su Xiao's mother died on the emergency operating table because lead surgeon Lin Shen answered a personal call and lost focus during the procedure. As a high school student, Su Xiao watched the red light above the OR go out, etching "seek justice" into her bones.
