She Is a Tangling Wild Vine Plot:

Lin Xiaoman, a girl from the bottom, takes on the "fake marriage" order from cold CEO Gu Yanchuan to raise money for her brother's surgery — to be his "unprivileged and wild" contract wife and help him fight for his grandfather's inheritance.
