Guardian on Wheels Plot:

Zhang Wei, an ordinary residential security guard, gets accidentally involved in an international crime syndicate. Forced to transform his electric patrol cart into a racing machine, he engages in deadly chases with gangsters through neon-lit streets. By day he's the humble doorman, by night an urban speed demon.
