After Forgetting, I Remember the Past Plot:

It turns out Gu Shen is Chen Mo—he had to change his name due to a family crisis years ago, and Xiaoman forgot him after an accident, so he pursued her again with a new identity. Now Xiaoman has forgotten “Gu Shen” but remembers “Chen Mo.” Trapped between the “forgotten present” and “remembered past,” Gu Shen dares not reveal his identity, fearing she’ll recall the pain of his “disappearance”; while Xiaoman gradually realizes—the “present” she forgot is exactly the “past” she’s always wanted to keep.
