Ancient child prodigy Xiaofu accidentally travels to modern times via a mystical array in an old book, crashing into Lin Xiaoman—a Hanfu designer on the verge of bankruptcy. He revives Xiaoman’s unsold Hanfu with dyeing secrets from *Qimin Yaoshu*, fixes her homestay with mortise-tenon skills from *Yingzao Fashi*, and even exposes a business scam in one glance. But this “little lucky star” weeps at night, clutching an ancient silver lock, missing his grandma and fearing sudden disappearance. Xiaoman goes from wanting to kick him out to loving him like a daughter, forming an unbreakable bond. When the time-travel array finally appears in an ancient painting, Xiaofu holds the cartoon pencil Xiaoman gave him and sobs: “Can I take my modern mom back to the past too?”
