Blind Date at Shaxian: The Fairy's Guard Falls
Chen Siyu, a sophisticated white-collar worker, is forced by her mom to go on a blind date. To end it quickly, she deliberately chooses a Shaxian snack shop in the alley—wanting to see which guy can talk life with a 'fairy' in a vinegar-scented diner. But the date is Li You, a programmer in a plaid shirt: he doesn’t mind the 'cheap' vibe at all. Instead, he wipes flour off her chair, orders her hidden favorite—peanut butter noodles with 'more vinegar, less spice'—and drops a bombshell: 'Last Wednesday, you worked till 10 PM here, ate two steamer dumplings, and used all the vinegar packets.' Turns out this 'steel straight guy' has been 'staking out' the Shaxian shop downstairs from her company, noting every unspoken habit. When Li You pulls out a handwritten 'Yuyu’s Shaxian List', Chen Siyu’s eyes redden—her 'prince on a cloud' was hiding in the everyday smoke and fire she passed by daily.
