Dusk Dyed by Light Smoke Plot:

Lin Wan returns to her hometown's old street after her grandma's passing, inheriting "Qingyan Ge", the tea house that has wafted osmanthus fragrance for two decades. Unexpectedly, she reunites with Zhou Shiyan—the boy who once sneaked osmanthus wine in the tea house, now an architect ordered to demolish the old street. Caught between her grandma's last wish, the neighbors' nostalgia, and Zhou's obsession with "urban renewal", they clash fiercely until they find the unspoken love note from their youth. As the excavator rolls into the alley at dusk, Zhou holds up the grandma's notebook with the line "The tea house and the boy are both uncooled hopes" and grabs Lin's hand: "I wanted to tear down old walls, not our past."
