Sky Weeps, Cloud Knows First Plot:

Lin Xiaoman, an intern at a weather station, has a secret—she can see "emotion clouds" above people's heads: grievance is a stratus fractus, collapse is a cumulonimbus, but her own cloud is always a rainless cirrostratus.
