Reverse Crush Plot:

Lin Xiaoman, a new planning intern, loathes her department manager Lu Jingshen’s “perfectionist OCD”—revising proposals till midnight, nitpicking over punctuation, even dictating her coffee’s sugar level. She secretly dubs him “Lord Lu” and greets him with icy retorts every time they meet. But Lu Jingshen seems to “get more into it the more she怼s him”: hot milk tea appears on her desk when she works overtime, “minor issue” notes pop up when her proposal gets rejected, and he even steps up to shield her from a difficult client. When Xiaoman discovers Lu Jingshen has been hiding her “Lord Lu” memes and filling his notebook with “her dimples are cute when she argues with me,” she panics—what she thought was mutual dislike is actually someone’s deeply buried “reverse crush.”
