She Came from the Abyss
She Came from the Abyss Plot:
Lin Zhan, the "dead" victim of a mountain climbing accident seven years ago, suddenly returns to the city. Covered in scars, she refuses to talk about her missing years—only a bronze pendant around her neck holds untold secrets. Gu Chuan, her ex-lover, is now a detective in the serious crime unit. Coincidentally, a series of "abyss sacrifice" cases hit the city: victims are dumped in abandoned mines, with the same runes as those on Lin Zhan’s pendant carved on their bodies. As Gu Chuan chases the truth, he struggles between old love and suspicion: Is she an innocent victim, or a "returnee" cursed by the abyss? When the bones deep in the mine are uncovered, Lin Zhan finally remembers: That snowy night, it wasn’t her who "survived"—it was "something" that came back in her skin, to the world where he exists.
