I Did Business in the 1970s Plot:
Lin Xiaoman, a modern office worker, accidentally travels back to 1978 via an old account book and becomes a temporary worker at a supply and marketing cooperative in a small town. To gain a foothold, she uses modern thinking to revive unsold inventory—selling expired cans to nostalgia collectors and turning slow-moving coarse cloth into retro clothes for Guangzhou dealers.
