Little Farmer's Spring Plot:

Li Erniu, a young rural man, guards the three mu of poor farmland left by his late father and is mocked by villagers as a "useless wimp". Unbeknownst to others, he has secretly mastered the skills of growing organic tomatoes. One day, Su Xiaoyu, an agricultural doctor from the city, squats on the ridge to conduct research and nearly falls into a ditch while being chased by a mad local dog—at the moment Erniu shouts to stop the dog with a hoe, their fates become intertwined. Su wants to help Erniu promote organic vegetables, but faces price suppression from unscrupulous middlemen and opposition from the village chief who fears taking risks. When the dewy tomatoes finally appear on the live stream link, and the elderly villagers come with bamboo baskets to help pack, Erniu realizes: Spring isn't something you wait for. It's brewed by hands covered in mud, and another hand willing to dig with him, together.
