Strangers for the Rest of Our Lives Plot:

Su Wan and Chen Mo were soulmates in college, but a forged “infidelity photo” tore them apart—she thought he cheated, he thought she despised his poverty. A decade later, they reunite: she’s a workaholic emergency room doctor, he’s a returning top cardiac surgeon. To make things worse, the heart donor for Su Wan’s mother is Chen Mo’s late wife. When the rumor-monger from the past reappears and Su Wan is diagnosed with late-stage lung cancer, they’re trapped between “ten years of missed time” and “a ticking life clock”.
