From Trust to Complicity: The Golden Lawyer Dragged into the Defense Abyss by the Devil Intern Plot:
Top lawyer Lin Shen is a legend in the legal world with a "zero-loss" record. When he hires intern Su Xiao, he never expects this starry-eyed girl to become his "devil's chain." He trusts Su Xiao completely, handing over core cases to her—until a wealthy family's mass murder case breaks out. The defendant is his wife's client, and his wife insists on defending the "obviously guilty" killer. Su Xiao volunteers to join the team but secretly tampers with Lin Shen's key evidence. When Lin Shen realizes he's become an "accomplice," Su Xiao's revenge declaration stabs him like a knife: "The evidence you hid ten years ago led to my parents' unjust death. Now, I'll make you taste the fall from the altar into the abyss of complicity." To his utter collapse, his wife knew Su Xiao's identity all along but was blackmailed by Su Xiao over a huge debt and had to comply with the "defend the killer" act. As Lin Shen watches the intern he trusted and the wife he loved drag him into the abyss of complicity, the truth about the real murderer of the mass murder case chills him to the bone...
