Three Years of Cold War, Warmth Never Faded Plot:

Lin Xiaoman and Gu Chuan, married for five years, fell into a cold war three years ago over a "mutual misunderstanding"—she resented him for missing her birthday party, not seeing the diamond ring he'd hidden in his briefcase; he blamed her for getting close to a male colleague, not hearing her explain, "He was helping you pick up the ring."
