Moonlight in Palms, Love from the Past
Moonlight in Palms, Love from the Past Plot:
Shen Xingwan, a wealthy heiress, shut herself off after a car accident left her with a leg injury—until Lin Shen, a rehabilitation therapist, walked into her life. He always catches her ankle steadily when she stumbles, his fingertips' warmth seeping into her skin like moonlight. But Lin Shen's “intentions” start to unravel: he knows she loves warm honey water, remembers she needs a bedside lamp when scared of the dark, and even hides a yellowed childhood photo—little Xingwan holding a candy wrapper to shield a boy in the alley from rain, with moonlight resting on her palm. When Xingwan discovers that Lin Shen's “treatment” is actually a ten-year-long “quest for his light,” those ambiguous touches and restrained tenderness suddenly become sweet surprises—turns out, the “sudden approach” she thought was chance is his entire youth spent planning to find her.
