The Endgame

The Endgame Plot:

Su Wan, a housewife, sees her marriage fall into chaos—her husband’s cold indifference, a mistress’s provocation, and even her mother-in-law hiding secrets about her father’s disappearance years ago. Then an old chessboard engraved with her name appears: every move corresponds to a “breakthrough” in reality—her husband’s corrupt ledgers, the mistress’s fake pregnancy report, and even her father’s old求救 letter. It turns out this “endgame” isn’t the end; it’s a “live game” her father set up over ten years, waiting for her to tear off the mask of her marriage and regain control of her life.
