Going Down the Mountain: Find Sisters, Retrieve Boxes, Save Sweetheart Plot:
Lin Qing, a disciple of the hidden sect, witnesses his master's mysterious death. Overnight, his eight senior sisters turn into "traitors" and split the nine sacred wooden boxes that are the sect's treasure. On her deathbed, the youngest senior sister begs him to go down the mountain—first, to find a cure for his critically ill childhood sweetheart Su Xiao; second, to locate the sisters and retrieve the boxes; third, to uncover the truth about their master's death. But when Lin Qing enters the city with a medicine chest, he discovers his sisters have completely changed identities—some are CEOs of listed companies, some run night market food stalls, and some even become amnesiac beggars! To his shock, Su Xiao's illness is linked to the "spiritual grass" in the boxes, and every sister refuses to talk about their "betrayal", as if hiding a deadly secret. The closer he gets to the truth, the more he realizes that his master's death, the sisters' "rebellion", and Su Xiao's illness are all part of a grand scheme manipulated by an invisible hand...
