Me as the Bait, You as the Blade
Me as the Bait, You as the Blade Plot:
Lin Wan, a narcotics cop, takes the initiative to approach Gu Cheng—a killer known as the “never-missing blade”—to investigate her sister’s death. She uses herself as bait to uncover the darkness behind her sister’s demise. But Gu Cheng has long seen through her identity, yet plays along: giving her a necklace with a tracker, taking a fatal stab for her, and even breaking his organization’s rules to save her from danger. As they fall deeper into the game of “bait vs. blade,” Lin Wan discovers her sister’s death is linked to the drug ring behind Gu Cheng. Is this a trap she set, or a “countermove” he planned all along? The scariest part? Neither can tell if their attraction is a disguise… or the real thing.
