This Love Ends Up as a Recollection

This Love Ends Up as a Recollection Plot:

Lin Wan, a cultural relic restorer, finds a ginkgo leaf—her decade-old token for first love Lu Shiyan—tucked in a yellowed diary. Ten years ago, they planned to watch the ginkgo rain together, but Lu vanished without a trace. Believing she was betrayed, Lin closed her heart. Now, Lu returns as a returnee architect, set to demolish the old building that was their "secret base." As Lin restores the diary, she discovers every page says, "I never left—I was waiting for you to understand." And in Lu's wallet, a medical record reads "Alzheimer's Disease"—he came back, determined to see her one last time before his memories fade, to say the unsaid: "I never betrayed you."
