After My Hit Song Was Plagiarized, I Laughed
After My Hit Song Was Plagiarized, I Laughed Plot:
Lin Xiaoman, an original musician who sticks to her craft, had her newly finished demo plagiarized by her colleague Shen Mingyuan into a hit song. Instead of justice, she was accused of 'leeching off fame,' sending her career plummeting. Unexpectedly, she binds to the 'Golden Melody Guardian System' — she must help 100 ordinary people fulfill their music wishes to unlock the 'Absolute Originality Buff.' To make a comeback, she takes on bizarre tasks: writing a 'soy milk-flavored nursery rhyme that reminds an aunt of her late husband' for a breakfast shop owner, creating a 'Peking Opera + sci-fi' rap for elementary students... Surprisingly, every 'custom song' goes viral, attracting Lu Jingshen, the music industry's 'sharp-tongued plagiarism detector.' Lu initially thinks she's a plagiarist, but during his investigation, he discovers her extraordinary originality and teams up with her to dig up Shen's secrets. When Shen tries to steal her charity song for a leukemia child, the system triggers a 'final counterattack': linking Shen's plagiarized hit to Lin's original demo, exposing the truth! Lin wins an award with her original album, slapping the plagiarist hard. Meanwhile, Lu has long secretly collected evidence for her, and they smile at each other on the award stage — turns out, the system's 'ultimate mission' is to help her find someone who will guard originality with her.
