Hidden Blade in the Alley: Drawing for My Son
Hidden Blade in the Alley: Drawing for My Son Plot:
Uncle Zhou has run a wonton shop in the old alley for ten years, known by neighbors as a "coward"—he never fights back when drunkards smash his stall, nor complains when the property management overcharges him. Until his high school son, Xiao Zhou, gets cornered by a group of tattooed men who want to "break his hands" for hiding a gang's ledger for a classmate. Just as the stick is about to fall, Uncle Zhou suddenly rushes forward and takes down three men with swift擒拿 moves. It turns out this bespectacled middle-aged man was once the captain of the special forces' "Sharp Blade Squad." Ten years ago, he retired to the neighborhood to protect a comrade's orphan. Now, for his son, he has to draw the "sword he hid for ten years"—not only to fend off the gang's revenge but also to uncover the truth about his comrade's death. And the name in the ledger is exactly the mastermind who caused his comrade's sacrifice back then...
