Lin Shen cruelly divorced his wife Su Wan to save their leukemia-stricken daughter Xiaotang, saying, "You can't give the child a way out." Su Wan sold her house to raise money and chased him to Hong Kong, only to be pushed off a pier by her scheming best friend Shen Man, becoming a vegetable. Seven years later, Su Wan woke up and saw the most painful sight: Xiaotang throwing herself into Shen Man's arms calling "Mom," while Lin Shen smiled and handed over mango mousse—Su Wan's signature dish. Su Wan tried to recognize her daughter but was stopped by Shen Man, and Xiaotang even asked, "Auntie, who are you?" When she dug out the old divorce agreement, she found the signature was forged; in Xiaotang's medical records, the donor column had her name—turns out the divorce was Shen Man's plot, the "accident" was murder, and even Xiaotang's "forgetfulness" was memory tampering with sleeping pills. Now, Su Wan wants to get her daughter back and uncover all the truths...
