My Days in the Ming Dynasty 1: The Hongwu Era Plot:

Modern office worker Lin Xiaoman accidentally travels back to the 3rd year of Hongwu (1370) in Yingtian (now Nanjing) while burning the midnight oil on her manuscript, waking up as the daughter of a condemned official about to be sold into slavery. In despair, she crosses paths with Zhu Yuanzhang—who’s on an incognito inspection—and saves his heatstroke-stricken follower using modern first-aid skills. Impressed by her “extraordinary abilities,” Zhu forces her to become a palace maid. But no sooner does she enter the palace than she discovers: someone is slipping slow-acting poison into Zhu’s tea! Trapped between the mortal danger of her “condemned” identity being exposed and the urgency of saving the Ming Dynasty’s founding emperor, Lin has to hide her modern phone, use “chemical knowledge” to test for poison, and even narrowly avoids being labeled a “witch” for “using dish soap to wash dishes”… Can she survive the deadly intrigues of the Hongwu court?
