After Heartbreak Comes the Clear Sky

After Heartbreak Comes the Clear Sky Plot:

Lin Wan, 30, hits rock bottom—her seven-year boyfriend cheats with her best friend, and her studio collapses due to a funding chain break. Heartbroken, she flees to the “Clear Sky Homestay” in the deep mountains of southern Zhejiang, only to meet Gu Chuan, the owner colder than winter: he never says more than a word, even handing water with a tray. But when she cries herself breathless on the terrace at night, a cup of ginger tea appears behind her; when her hydrangeas are ruined by heavy rain, they’re moved to a rainproof shelf the next morning; even her antidepressants have a note at the bottom: “Take with warm water—I made porridge in the pot.” When Lin Wan finally faces her wounds, she discovers Gu Chuan was the ER doctor who saved her three years ago, closed off after a medical accident. Two “heartbroken” souls collide in the mountain mist, warming each other: the clear sky isn’t something you wait for—it’s when someone is willing to disperse the clouds with you.
