The Dish Mocked as 'Worse Than Five-Star'—It's a Chef God's Work, and the Heiress Chases Him
The Dish Mocked as 'Worse Than Five-Star'—It's a Chef God's Work, and the Heiress Chases Him Plot:
Su Wanning, the heiress of a five-star hotel and a famous 'food critic', once ate a bowl of tomato and egg noodles at a street restaurant and slapped her chopsticks on the table: 'This lousy noodles isn't worth selling—my hotel's staff meal is ten times better!' The owner, Lin Chuan, smiled without a word. A week later, Su's father was furious—their signature 'Buddha Jumps Over the Wall' suddenly lost its 'soul', and the head chef cried that only the retired 'Chef God Chuan' could fix it. Su Wanning tracked Lin Chuan down and saw him using Chef God Chuan's unique soup-making method—turns out he's the retired chef who risked his life to save her from kidnapping three years ago. The noodles? He added her childhood favorite sweet and sour sauce on purpose, waiting for her to recognize it. Su Wanning's face turned bright red, she tugged his sleeve and whispered: 'You added my favorite sweet and sour sauce to that noodles, right? I… I'll come every day from now on!'
