Courier Ambushed at Bar? Retired War God Sends Assailants to Hospital in Seconds
Courier Ambushed at Bar? Retired War God Sends Assailants to Hospital in Seconds Plot:
Courier Lin Chuan always has an iced beer at the old alley pub after work. Tonight, just as he complains about a customer's urge for delivery, a bald guy he had a quarrel with earlier shows up with four tattooed men, cornering him: "You messed with me—you'll regret it!" The moment a beer bottle is thrown, Lin Chuan's eyes turn cold—how could "Night Hawk," the war god who single-handedly took down a mercenary squad in Southeast Asia three years ago, let himself be hurt? His body acts before his mind: he catches the bottle, smashes it onto the bald guy's wrist, sweeps two men off their feet with a leg, and finally locks the leader's throat—all in less than ten seconds. When the boss calls the police, Lin Chuan is still holding half a beer, dumbfounded: "I just... reacted instinctively?" He had been living incognito as a courier to keep his comrade's last wish—"stay away from blood"—but this bar incident exposed his identity as the retired war god. Now, not only is the bald guy's boss seeking revenge, but the mercenaries from his past are also coming after him...
