Yesterday's Snow Plot:

Lin Xiaoman, a corporate slave, had long forgotten the "first snow promise" she made with her first love Xu Mingchuan five years ago. Until this year's first snow night, she received a mysterious cup of mulled wine downstairs from her company—at the bottom of the cup was a note: "The snow from that year is still waiting for us." Following the clue back to the old alley, she was shocked to see Xu Mingchuan running a snowman-themed shop, clutching the snow doll keychain they made together back then. It turns out Xu Mingchuan didn't cheat five years ago; he had to go abroad to treat his terminally ill mother and lied about breaking up to not hold her back. Now he's back with news of his mother's recovery, determined to retrieve the love buried under the snow for five years. As Lin Xiaoman looks at the snowmen piled outside the shop, she remembers Xu Mingchuan once said, "Snow melts, but our promise doesn't"—and at this moment, the first snow is falling on their hair, just like that night five years ago.
