Her Fishhook Wrapped in Rose Thorns
Her Fishhook Wrapped in Rose Thorns Plot:
Su Wanyu, a fishing village girl who makes a living with her "thorned fishhook" technique, ventures into the capital to clear her wrongfully killed father's name, carrying the rose-thorned fishhook her father left behind. By chance, she "catches" Xiao Jingheng, the crown prince on an incognito visit—this reputedly cold and ruthless heir apparent is unexpectedly obsessed with her fishhook. As Su Wanyu uncovers the court conspiracy behind her father's death, Xiao Jingheng suddenly stands against her; but when she's driven to despair by villains, he appears with a yard full of roses and reveals the truth: that thorned fishhook was a "token of promise" he tied to her wrist when they were separated as children. His "scheme" was never for imperial power, but to "reclaim" the little girl who dared to poke his palm with a thorn hook. In the game between imperial power and true love, he uses his hottest affection to embrace her thorny edge.
