When Rain Meets the Tide

When Rain Meets the Tide Plot:

Marine ecologist Su Wan returns to the remote island observatory she left five years ago to research coral bleaching, only to run into her ex-boyfriend Chen Yu, who vanished without a word back then and now works as the station's meteorologist. The pair parted ways after a rainstorm ruined their graduation date five years prior, leaving Su Wan bitter and unresolved. When a once-in-a-century storm surge hits during the rainy season, knocking out the observatory's equipment, they must team up to survive the extreme weather. As rain falls and tides rise, their past misunderstandings are finally laid bare, and their long-hidden love rekindles.
