The Secret Hidden in the Rabbit
Before Lin Xiaoman's grandma passed away, she gave her a patched old rabbit doll, saying, "There's a secret I've hidden for fifty years inside." But all Xiaoman found was a half-yellowed photo—her grandma smiling bright with a boy named A Zhao in a blue shirt, with the words "The sentence I didn't dare to say" on the back. To fulfill her grandma's regret, Xiaoman went to an ancient town and met Chen Mo, A Zhao's grandson, who held the other half of the photo! While searching for old items, a letter fell from the rabbit's夹层: Grandma and A Zhao once promised, "I'll come back when I get into normal school," but grandma missed it due to serious illness, and A Zhao waited until his death. Even more surprisingly, Chen Mo took out his phone—there were photos of Xiaoman secretly taken by his grandma last year: "My grandson always says he hasn't met the right person, but I've seen you—you can open his heart." It turns out the secret in the rabbit is a "mutual rush" grandma arranged for them.
